01What Cubb Nanny Is (And Is Not)

Cubb Nanny is an online platform that facilitates introductions between families interested in forming a nanny share.

Cubb Nanny does not:

• Provide childcare services
• Employ nannies
• Vet, screen, or background check families or nannies
• Act as an employment agency
• Become a party to any agreement between families or between families and a nanny

Our role is limited to helping families connect with one another. All decisions regarding nanny hiring, employment terms, payroll, taxes, background checks, and supervision are solely the responsibility of the families involved.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Cubb Nanny, you represent that:

• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You are legally permitted to enter into agreements
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes

03User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You are responsible for independently evaluating any family you connect with
• You will conduct your own due diligence before entering into a nanny share
• You assume all risks associated with interacting with other users

Cubb Nanny does not guarantee compatibility, safety, reliability, or suitability of any user.

04No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• That you will find a compatible family
• That any introduction will result in a nanny share
• The conduct, background, or actions of any user

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

05Fees

At this time, Cubb Nanny is free to join and use. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future. Any fee changes will be communicated in advance.

06User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts at our discretion.

07Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cubb Nanny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. We are not responsible for:

• Disputes between families
• Employment-related issues
• Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from user interactions

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.

08Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cubb Nanny and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your interactions with other users
• Any nanny share arrangement you enter into

09Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

10Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
